Goals

The goals of the Li Ka Shing Program in Gender and Science are to:
  1. Support conferences, public lectures, and workshops advancing research on gender and science (see event calendar and event archive)
  2. Share resources among and information about other programs on women in science and engineering nationally and internationally (see Gender and Science: Domestic and International page)
  3. Support collaborative research between scholars from UC Berkeley and from China and elsewhere on gender in science (see visiting scholars page).
