Margaret Phillips is the UC Berkeley Library's liaison and bibliographer for Gender and Women's Studies. She has been a librarian at Berkeley since 1991 working for many years at Moffitt and the Teaching Library. She serves as Electronic Resources Librarian helping to coordinate subscriptions to the Library's hundreds of online databases and electronic journals.
